Jim Gleba, PE, LEED AP

Vice President

Mr. Gleba holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree, mechanical emphasis, from Pennsylvania State University and has over 25 years of experience in consulting engineering. His project offerings include field investigations and studies, central utility plant development and upgrades, master plan development, and HVAC systems design. His experience as an engineer, as well as experience with leading engineering teams, provides Mr. Gleba with a distinctive knowledge of the industry and insight on new and existing projects. He is currently responsible for overseeing the marketing department and project pursuits. Jim provides Business Development leadership by building relationships with new clients and fostering relationships with existing clients. He supports the overall Business Development plans through writing technical proposals for new and existing clients, leading the pursuit of new clients, establishing go/no-go strategies and communicating winning strategies for project pursuits to other senior leadership.
