The enabling package project consisted of relocation and additions of new mechanical and electrical equipment to the BayCare’s Morton Plant Hospital on the existing healthcare campus. New equipment included electrical switchgear, emergency generators, chilled water system, air distribution system and fuel oil system to serve the new generators. In addition to the new utilities, air distribution systems were provided to serve the central utility plant and associated spaces for the facilities department.
The systems commissioned for both buildings include the chilled water system, air distribution, fan coil units, and fuel oil systems. Electrical systems commissioned included normal power distribution, emergency power distribution, uninterruptible power supply units, and transformers.
