Cliff Wallace, P.E., LEED AP, HFDP, CxA

Mr. Wallace’s area of expertise is the design for institutional and high tech buildings. Prior to entering the consulting field, Mr. Wallace worked as an AABC certified testing & balancing technician. During this time, he gained hands-on experience in the design operation and control of heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Mr. Wallace has specialized in the complex design of systems where precise environmental control is required and has over 30 years of experience in construction and consulting engineering. He has also earned his LEED^® accreditation and his Certified Commissioning Authority certification from the AABC Commissioning Group.

Mr. Wallace is also a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia, North Carolina, Florida and the District of Columbia. He is registered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering Surveying.
