We are seeking Electrical Engineers with experience in the design of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and communications systems for commercial / industrial / institutional buildings and in particular, healthcare design. BS in Electrical Engineering or Architectural required, experience in Autocad and Revit software preferred, professional registration a plus. Commissioning Manager with Healthcare experience is needed for our growing corporation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in systems commissioning; LEED Accreditation; commissioning certification from a nationally recognized certification agency; BS in Mechanical Engineering; and licensure as a Professional Engineer. We are seeking a Commissioning Agent with experience in HVAC systems, testing and balancing, and Automatic Temperature Controls, to perform pre-commissioning, functional performance testing, and retro-commissioning services. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC field required. BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred but not required, other related certifications a plus. We are looking for an experienced, well organized, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual for a part-time position (approx. 16 hours per week) in our York office.
